4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are indicative, and Shuingo is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by third-party logistics partners or forces beyond our control.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping thresholds may be offered periodically. You are responsible for ensuring that accurate shipping information is provided at the time of purchase.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of many products (groceries/fresh items), returns are generally only accepted if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products. You must notify customer support within the designated return window, keeping the product unused and in its original packaging.

Once a return request is approved and the product is inspected, refunds will be initiated. Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Birbhum, West Bengal.
