Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Order Cancellation :

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Returns :

We accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Certain items such as sarees once worn/used or customized décor products are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds :

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges :

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
